Using Dexcom ONE in the Long Run

I received a Brief Sensor Issue Alert. What does this mean?

Your sensor is temporarily unable to measure glucose.

To correct the issue:

  1. Check the transmitter. Is it snapped into its holder?
  2. Wait up to 3 hours while Dexcom ONE fixes itself.
  3. If not corrected after 3 hours, go to dexcom.com to place a product support request.

You won’t receive sensor readings or alerts until fixed. Use your meter for treatment decisions.
