I’m trying to log in, but I’m being told my username (email) or password is invalid. What do I do?
First, check to make sure the spelling of your email address and/or password is correct. If it is, try resetting your password. If you do not receive your Reset Password assistance email within 5 minutes, it may be because your account is not fully set up.
