What do I do if my Dexcom ONE applicator won't come off?

If the Dexcom ONE applicator gets stuck, don’t panic. Simply remove the applicator and sensor following these instructions:

How to remove applicator

  1. Gently peel off adhesive patch with applicator attached
  2. Check insertion site to make sure the sensor is not left in the skin
  3. Do not reuse applicator
